Welcome to Dream Easy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom bedding and home furnishing products from our Wix-hosted online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Dream Easy LLC are custom-made or made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
     

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
     

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchasing.
     

 

2. Product Descriptions & Variations

We strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.
     

  • Measurements may have minor variations due to manufacturing processes.
     

These variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • All information provided is accurate.
     

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
     

Payments are securely processed through Wix and its integrated payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable materials.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dream Easy LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
     

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
     

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or measurements
     

Products are provided “as is” unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of changes.
